Thanks for the add and for the encouragement. I, too, was in church with my family as a child, but went as far away from God as I could. I've always known about Him, but only recently began to know Him.

- I am a happily married mother of four beautiful children. I love my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. I'd like to meet other people so we can talk about the Lord.
- Testimony / What Point did you know or search for GOD/ Do you feel tired of you old life, why?
- As a child I was introduced to God at an early age by my parents. I began to rebell against my parents for no good reason. I began to make some very bad decisions and hang out with the wrong crowd. It was during that time that I lost God. I ruined my relationship with the one true God. I felt lost and incomplete. Trying drugs and alcohol to cope with that feeling. I started to question if there even was a God anymore. I would cry out to Him, "What kind of life is this?". I never heard an answer. Probably because I was so self absorbed and so filled with myself that I couldn't hear Him. It wasn't that He wasn't trying, it was because I wasn't listening. Thank God He was patient with me and didn't give up on me no matter how many times I accused him of not being there. I Thank Him and praise Him for not turning his back on me when I turned my back on Him and had an affair with drugs, alcohol, men, (other Gods). His mercy endures forever. I am in debt to His Glorious Love and His son Jesus Christ for dying on the cross for my sins. Jesus died for me before I was born. He died so that I am free. I will serve my Lord God until the end of my days. I will make mistakes but I will never give up or turn my back on Him again. I will praise Him in the storms, trials and defeats because I know that despite all this mess I go through He will never leave me nor forsake me. He's already shone me that :-)
- what does it mean to you to be a Christian
- What it means to be a Christian is to read the Bible and discover who Jesus Christ was and what he was trying to tell us while he was on this earth. Being a Christian to me is following what the Bible teaches and knowing that I will make mistakes but as long as I keep my eye on God and my heart filled with Jesus I know that I will make it through. The enemy will tell me lies and try to make me feel bad for my mistakes but I know I have Jesus in my heart and Jesus said He came so that I could have life and have it more abundantly. What I've learned so far about being a Christian is that when I fall and make mistakes or I have a broken heart Jesus is there to grab me by the hand and help me back up. Jesus is Love for the broken hearted.

Witness 2yrs ago I use to walk 7 miles to work did my 8hr shift then walk 7 more mile bk home frm work. Well the other day I was murmuring about how lately public transit Sucks and uh I hate putting up with this Beep.
